Use of the tool

You may use this tool free of charge to create, preview and download invoice documents for personal or business use. You may not use it to generate fraudulent, deceptive or illegal documents.

Your data

All invoice data you enter is processed and stored locally in your browser, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (using the JSON export feature) of any invoice you want to keep.

No warranty

The tool is provided free of charge, "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. See our Disclaimer for details.

Intellectual property

The design, code and branding of this website belong to Pravesh Singhal. You're welcome to use the tool itself to generate your own invoices; please don't copy or redistribute the website's code without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
