Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Invoice Maker ("we", "our", "the site") handles information when you use this website.

Data you enter into the invoice tool

All invoice data — business details, client details, line items, logos and signatures you upload — is stored only in your own browser's local storage. It is never transmitted to, or stored on, any server we operate. Clearing your browser data will remove it permanently, and we have no way to recover it.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (e.g. which pages are popular). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised usage statistics such as pages visited, time on site, and general location and device type.

Advertising

This site may display advertisements served by Google and other advertising partners. These partners may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may interest you. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, and you can learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Third-party links

This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.

Note for the site owner: this is a general-purpose template, written to cover the client-side data handling, Google Analytics and Google AdSense disclosures that ad networks typically check for. Have it reviewed against your actual practices (and by a professional if you want legal certainty) before relying on it, especially if you add other tools, forms, or third-party services later.
